Day 1 :Port Blair: Welcome to Andaman Islands

As you hit Port Blair, get ready for a memorable vacation in the Andaman’s capital city.

As you arrive at the airport in Port Blair, the agent’s representative will be there with the cab. After a smooth transfer to the hotel, relax for a while and freshen up for an evening of sightseeing.

The Andaman family package first takes you to Corbyn’s Cove Beach, where you can enjoy the views and take a short walk on the shore. From there you head to the Cellular Jail. There will be a guide to tell you more about this unique jail and horrendous tales associated with it.

As the evening approaches, head to Cellular Jail and watch the Light and Sound show - A poignant narration of the state of our freedom fighters in the Cellular Jail. It is liked by kids and adults alike.

After the show, board the cab back to the hotel. Savour a delicious meal with your family and then head to your room for a good night’s sleep.

Tip: The Light and Sound show is conducted in Hindi as well as English. You can choose the show timings as per your language preference.

Day 2 :Port Blair: Local sightseeing and museum tours

Get to know about the marine and tribal life in the Andamans. Start the second day of your Andaman family tour package, with a delightful breakfast. Then get ready for some sightseeing in and around the city. The city tour will take you to popular tourist places like Naval Marine Museum aka Samudrika Museum, the Mini zoo, and the Chatham Saw Mill - One of the oldest and the largest wood mill in Asia. Further, you will be taken to Forest Museum, Anthropological Museum, Science Center and Fisheries Museum. In between, stop by at any of the restaurants to have lunch. After having a meal, head out to explore island some more. Conclude the day by returning to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay. Both are included in the cost of your family trip to Andaman.

Day 3 :Port Blair: A day at Baratang Island

Catch two of the major attractions - mud volcanoes and limestone caves - on day 3 of this Andaman family holiday. Third day of your Andaman tour itinerary begins with an early start towards Baratang Island. An 8-hour drive by road and about an hour in a boat through the swampy mangroves, you reach the amazing island of anomalies. The highlights of the Baratang day tour are limestone caves and tiny mud volcanoes. You will start for Port Blair before sunset and reach by night. Upon reaching, have your dinner and retire to your room for the night.

Day 4 :Port Blair: Trip to North Bay Island & Ross Island

Time to step into the waters for some adventure and fun. Finish your breakfast in time as an enthralling journey to North Bay island awaits you on your fourth day in Andaman. North Bay island is a coral island known for its exotic coral and marine life. The Andaman family trip allows you to choose from various water activities here. However, snorkeling is most popular. Proceed to Ross Island afterward. Ross Island was the erstwhile capital of Port Blair during the British regime which makes it historically relevant. From there on, enjoy the Harbour cruise to Viper Island and finally, head back to hotel after a day full of fun. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Port Blair. Optional: For kids in the family, a glass bottom boat ride is also available at North Bay. Charges extra. Tip: Do not opt for Scuba at North Bay as the water here is quite murky.

Day 5 :Port Blair: Return to airport

Back to home. Have your breakfast and checkout from the hotel. You will be dropped back to the airport and that marks the end of an awe-inspiring Andaman trip.
